In addition to the cabins we have available for sale, we are offering lot and cabin design packages. Once you select a lot, we will meet with you and draw up a set of plans to meet your needs. Then we will work with our Amish craftsmen and local contractors to build you a log home of your dreams. Our last two cabins were created in cooperation with the new owners as design-build, lot and cabin packages.
Our goal has been to create retreats and year round residences that provide individuals and families with a place to relax, to be refreshed and to be restored. The most common comments from our property owners reflect these sentiments. For the weekenders, their most common quote is: “it’s Sunday afternoon…

In 2008,
we completed two fabulous cabins we call Green Gables and Burr Oak Hideaway. We are not exaggerating when we say you must see them to believe them. But the owners of Green Gables will have to give you permission to see one of the finest views in all of the upper Midwest- and their specially designed, custom built log home. On the other hand, if you hurry… you can snatch up and snuggle away in Burr Oak Hideaway- with one of our most enticing floor plans located in a tucked-away, can’t wait to take a nap on my screened porch, secluded setting.
In 2007,
we completed five larger cabins with a sixth one currently under construction. Another four homeowners joined this unique Log Cabin Community. Three of these log homes included walk-out basements and a number of valuable upgrades. We finished work on the central pond, by adding aerators and hundreds of largemouth bass, bluegills and catfish for the benefit of the Homeowner’s Association. |
